How long will delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping is free and takes approximately 10 to 25 business days from the date of shipment. Priority shipping costs approximately 5.00 and takes about 8 to 20 business days. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Which countries do you ship to?
Australia, Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
When do I get my tracking number?
It is emailed the moment your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 3–7 days to start updating while the parcel moves through the first stages of the international network.
How do returns work?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Once approved, we refund you in full — you do not need to post anything back and you pay no return shipping.
